Refund Policy

Because website design services involve time, labor, and custom work, refunds are handled under the following conditions.

Deposits & Payments

• Payments for completed work are non-refundable
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing

Partial Refunds

If a project is canceled before completion, a partial refund may be issued based on work already performed.

No Refunds For

• Completed or delivered projects
• Delays caused by missing client information
• Third-party costs such as domains or hosting
